Reason 1
A Christian school can give them an education to provide the one sure answer to life’s most important question: “HOW CAN I BE SAVED?” Christian schools meet state standards in secular subjects to prepare for this life, while teaching the Gospel of Christ crucified and risen for our eternal life.
Reason 2
A Christian school assists parents in their God-given responsibility to teach their children the Word of God. “Bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord,” Ephesians 6:4. When Jesus says “Feed my Lambs,” in John 21:15, he is referring to feeding children with the bread of life, which is the Word of God.
In a Christian school the Word of God permeates every subject.
- Science shows God as Creator and discovers his marvelous works.
- History is the record which shows how God guides the destinies of people and nations.
- Social Studies teaches the duties of a Christian to his neighbor.
- Math encourages Christian stewardship of our physical blessings.
A Christian school promotes a world-view in line with God’s truth and purpose.
A Christian school can devote the time to the “one thing needful,” Luke 10:42. “Seek first his kingdom and his righteousness and all these things will be given to you as well,” Matthew 6:33.
Reason 5
A Christian school makes God’s love in Christ the basis of our Christian living and values.
