K-8: 3:30 - 5:00pm
Preschool: 3:30 - 5:00pm (You must be signed up for Extended Preschool)
After school care is only available for Kindergarten - 8th graders on regularly scheduled school days and will not be available on cancelled or shortened days due to inclement weather or other unforeseen events. If there is inclement weather during the day, but school does not close early, the after-school program will close at the discretion of the supervisor and/or director. Each parent will be called and asked to pick up their student(s) as soon as possible in this situation.

Cost/Fees
Scheduled Rate: $10.00 (signed up by the Friday prior)
Full year Rate: 5-DAY: $1,570; 4-DAY: $1,256; 3-DAY: $942 (closes on Friday, Sept 8: guarantees spot and gives you a 2 week discount on cost)
Drop-in Rate: $20.00 (same day with no prior sign-up)
Late Pick Up: $20 for the 1st 10 minutes; $1.00/min after 10 minutes
Scheduled Rate will only be applied if your child(ren) are scheduled by FRIDAY BEFORE 4:00pm before the start of the week.
To schedule after-school care, you must sign up online.
Drop-in Rate will be charged when a child is added during the week without a prior schedule submitted. If you find your student will need to stay after school you need to contact the main office 763-786-0637 to verify that there is availability for your child due to licensing and staffing requirements. Do not assume your child will be placed in after-school care if you leave a message. You need to receive confirmation from the main office. We are limiting our available space to 20 students.
If a student’s ride is not present by 3:30pm and the student was not scheduled to be in after-school care, the student will be placed in after-school care and charged the drop-in rate of $20.
Late Fee will be charged for any student not picked up by 5:00pm, $20 for the first 10 minutes and $1.00 for every minute after 10 minutes.
Cougar Care fees will be set up in FACTS. Your account will be charged on a weekly basis. You may pre-pay funds into your Cougar Care account.
Staff
The after-school teachers are qualified individuals who meet the teacher standards as listed by the Department of Human Services. These individuals are first aid and CPR trained, have knowledge of where emergency equipment is, and have passed a background check through the department of Human Services.
